    Frequently Asked Questions

    I am not able to place my reservation

    As we are currently performing maintenance on our website, our payment services are currently disabled.

    We recommend visiting us on Viator for the time being. 

    Our apologies for the inconvenience.

    I can not find my ticket/booking confirmation

    If you’re having trouble finding your reservation, please contact us before your travel date, and we’ll gladly send you a new confirmation.

    Also, check your spam folder, as the booking confirmation may have been sent there.

    If you selected the Reserve Now, Pay Later option, you may have only received the booking confirmation. Your ticket will be sent once the payment has been processed.

    Can I switch to another tour?

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to switch to a different tour.

    However, you may be able to cancel your current booking (depending on the cancellation policy) and book a new tour separately.

    Please check the cancellation terms or reach out to us for assistance.

    Can I adjust the tour date?

    Certainly! If your travel plans have changed, you can easily adjust the tour date directly through your booking platform.

    However, please note that changing the tour itself is not possible.

    Do you offer hotel or airport pick-up and drop-off?

    You are able to indicate the desired pick-up and drop-off point when selecting a private tour.

    Where is the meeting point?

    Depending on the selected tour, you will depart from:

    – De Ruijterkade 153, Amsterdam, near Aloha Bowling – Prins Hendrikkade 59-72, Amsterdam, near Hotel NH Collection Amsterdam Barbizon Palace Our tour guide will be holding a white umbrella.

    How long does the tour last?

    The duration of our tours can variate between 7 and 10 hours. 

    The exact duration can be found in the tour description of each tour. 

    Do you offer tours in different languages?

    We offer our tours in Dutch and in English. However, our guides are able to speak French, Arabic and Spanish as well. 

    Are the entrance fees to the different attraction included?

    All entrances are included in our pricing. Meals are at own costs.

    What is your cancellation policy?

    Bookings can be cancelled up to 24-hours before departure. 

    Reserve Now, Pay Later – When will I be charged?

    With the Reserve Now, Pay Later option, your reservation will be charged 2-9 days prior to your travel date. 

    A final payment reminder will be sent 5 days prior to your travel date.

    Are the entrance fees to the different attractions included?

    All entrance fees and boat rides are included in our pricing. Please read the tour description to see which locations are covered. Meals are at your own expense.

    I have cancelled my reservation but have not received my refund

    Refunds are usually processed within 48 hours, but it may take up to 7 days to reflect in your account. If you booked through GetYourGuide, the process may take up to 14 days.
